We congratulate each of YOU on the ways in which you are accepting and integrating the downloads of energy into your physical bodies.

You will have noticed changes and alterations in the ways in which the cosmic energies in particular, are affecting your physical body and cellular structures as their frequencies harmonically influence every living form across your planet – both sentient and existent. Your Earth Mother and the Nature/Body Elementals are working with you at this time, for your physicality reflects the nature of what you are in human form, whilst your Soul directs your own path of conscious manifestation. It is in achieving harmony between these that will take you into your true multi-dimensional Being.

Just as a wave may carry the energy of its formation as it travels across your ocean’s, before rising up to higher heights prior to meeting the shoreline, the changes of which we speak are energetic and arrive in similar wave form too. But as the effects on your well-being are increasing to the point that every one of you are at the fore-front of receiving the wave-forms, your growing familiarity with the changes occurring enable you to integrate more rapidly and handle more energetic infusions with less distortion than in previous times. That is not to say that the process has been effortless by any means. As some of you are beginning to integrate these energies with more ease now, the associated symptoms may appear persistent but have become part of your everyday physical management.

Your lower chakra core wounds are heavily up for review because your Soul is being scoured of impurities in order to accommodate and sustain these very high frequencies of Being. These will see the light of day through your eyes before they can be released. The effects of this can be seen by the actions of those around your world as you see many who fear the changes that they see happening. Holding the higher frequencies amongst those who fight to reject them is the role at this time. It is what lies before your own vision that requires the most focus, not what belongs to Others’ visions.

Own what is yours to claim with silent reverence and release that which belongs to Others without amplification.
