The process used for the communication of these messages relies on the placement of your physical Self at particular resting density in your space/time existence. This allows us to enable an energetic connection of variant density between the mind body spirit combination and the acceptance of connection with us at a higher dimensional vibration.

The difference noted between densities to enable connection to occur will be tiring in much the same way as climbing to heights that the physical body is unaccustomed to creates light headedness and weariness of the body, despite the intention of the higher mind to continue its purpose. Lift and focus the mind and the body will follow.

This is the reason why at the higher densities, the limitations of physical form are normally dis-regarded in favour of retaining a pure energetic form which serves greater purpose in achieving our desired service to others throughout many dimensions without the restrictions that you yourself experience in third density and higher. We have knowledge that at even higher densities, beings exist beyond matter and form, at a state of purely vibrational conscious awareness only.

Whilst your intention is noted, the physical body must rest. The connections that occur do not create cellular tiredness, it is not the muscular system that is exhausted but the entire body having been exposed and ‘excited’ to a higher vibrational content that creates the physical tiredness at your density and this cannot be maintained at such high levels without consequence to your well-being.
