Water that does not flow becomes stagnant and requires constant movement to remain fresh, alive and beneficial. All energy is designed to flow from one state to another, its behaviour determined by intention. Energy that is contained reduces in vibration and becomes denser in nature.

Intensive emotional states can reduce the density to constrict its physical movement leading to mental and physical illness. The natural flow of higher energy without restriction ‘passing through’ the body chakras from crown to root ensures harmony allowing health and vitality of the energetic bodies. Use this time to create the space for your Self by releasing your focus upon all that results from your emotional attention. For it is the increased ability to allow that which surrounds you to pass through you with total acceptance and not transmute it to lower resonances of dense emotional anchoring within you.
