All the barriers you have built up around you to prevent you from getting hurt, to avoid judgement, to stop others taking advantage, fear of failure, harsh words, put downs – hold within you the very energy that created them. 

The Walls of Ego Defence surround the ruins of broken promises, the tatters of reputation, the stagnant pools of emotional traumas, the remains of relationship skeletons and torn heart strings. These barriers show the memorials and gravestones of all Life has thrown at you – but that is not All that YOU are. You are so much more.

Every single defensive block, every chain, every binding has to be removed and taken down to allow the full flow of who YOU truly are to emerge. Love flows where there is no resistance.

Rejection is the lesson to teach you about acceptance.
Failure is the lesson that shows you the path to success.
Lack is the lesson to learn to appreciate abundance. 
Fear is the lesson to teach you responsibility.
Servitude is the lesson to teach you the freedom of  Sovereignty.
Hate is the lesson to teach you how to consciously flow Love.
For what is One without the Other.

To allow Love to flow in your Life, dismantle what you have constructed to prevent it reaching your heart. Truth is what remains when there is nothing left to hide it from you.
