Third dimensional  teachings have established the higher qualities of benevolence and charity into society, but with all such patterns of behaviour, they become modified and corrupted through control and manipulation in the forms of guilt, obligation, dishonour, condemnation and regret.

Governments have the advantage of creating rules and statutes to ensure compliance within the confines of cultural requirements. Religion establishes a set of moral conditions with which to guide you through life along a narrow path of rights and wrongs with the rewards of Heaven for those that ‘do’ or the eternal damnation of Hell for those that ‘don’t’.

Of course, behind locked doors, deep within secret vaults, buried beneath sedimentary layers, All That is hidden will be Revealed. This is clearly bringing to the Light of Day, those that claim they do, but don’t. Those that promise they will, but won’t and those that say they can, actually can’t.   

Fifth dimension defines a higher set of ideals that require self-governing, self-guiding and self-establishing within a set of Prime Principles operating within the Prime Consciousness of the Law of One. This forms a Spiritual Architecture that will allow for all members of a Fifth Dimensional society to Unify with equal qualities of Life available to All. Fifth Dimensional frequencies do not hold the constructs of Third Dimensional patterns of behaviour – any more than a dark cloud cannot exist once it has released all of its rain.

Under the Principle of Vibration, nothing rests, all energy is in movement as vibrational frequency. The Momentum of Vibration acts upon Matter (Particles of Substance) to seek higher expression – the highest of which is Love.  All Matter seeks to become Love in manifest form – that is our true nature, in Body and in Spirit.
All of That which you currently express as Third Dimension will not exist for you in Fifth Dimension.

To merge your Self with the frequencies of Fifth Dimension, YOU become transformed not transferred – YOU become expressed, not exhumed – YOU become re-created, not reformed.

And so we must look at the nature of our Patterns of Behaviour, how we interact, how we communicate, how we define ourselves and those around us. For example, the methods of Giving and Receiving require following patterned expectation and anticipation which ultimately may not even require agreement or approval between the parties involved. Giving and Receiving are merely individual actions which do not require mutual exchange to take place.
If you were to be given something you do not want – the Act of Giving is only serving purpose for the one who is providing. Being given a parking ticket is not exactly a welcome gift and a Parking Inspector may equally not be overjoyed with the response he receives.
If you receive something undesirable, such as an unexpected Tax Bill, your primary reaction may not be satisfied by considering the generous act of Giving as a consolation.  

Giving and Receiving even through good intention can bring about disempowerment through creating scenarios that were never expected, invited or desired. One such action can take place without the other occurring and can prove unwelcome, intrusive and interfering.

Fifth Dimension changes these conceptual exchanges to those of Offering and Accepting.

‘Offering’ creates reciprocation – it allows the act of ‘Accepting’ to complete the action. It invites co-operation, consideration and provides choice between the parties involved. It considers the needs, the abilities and the position of the recipient to respond, without creating undue pressure forced upon so many to create debt slavery, moral obligation, improper advances, power struggles, obnoxious behaviours and abusive relationships. How many could associate with the unacceptable third dimensional manifestations of having to Give and having to Receive with the answer – Me Too!  

We are gradually moving towards the higher realisation of energy exchange through clear communication and Service to Others such as Healing, which involves the processes of ‘offering’ and ‘accepting’. We can choose whether we wish to accept what is being offered and we can do so without retribution or guilt or shame. The Act of Offering should always be done so with Love and the Act of Accepting should always be done so with Gratitude.  

These are amongst the Prime Principles of the Law of One returning once again to demonstrate how to allow Service to Self and Service to Other to become unified in nature through the Divine Abundance of Unconditional Love.
